We are seeking reliable, locally based engineers to provide on-site first-line support for our driving simulators at customer sites. This assignment focuses on basic field diagnostics and initial response to ensure operational continuity.

Responsibilities include:
- Traveling to customer sites when called.
- Connecting to the simulator system.
- Performing a short diagnostic routine.
- Sending a concise report via email outlining findings.

Core diagnostic checks will involve:
- Verifying stable power delivery to the simulator and all related peripherals.
- Confirming that the motion platform, displays, and driver controls power up and respond correctly.
- Inspecting the host PC to identify if the issue is hardware, cabling, or software startup related.

This role is strictly limited to practical first-line troubleshooting using observation, a multimeter, and common-sense diagnostic checks. It does not involve component replacement or deep repair work. Clear email communication and good photographic evidence are essential for effective hand-off to our headquarters team.

We are currently seeking support coverage for the following regions/countries in Latin America:
- Ecuador
- Panama

When applying, please indicate:
- Which country or region you can cover.
- Your typical response time for an on-site visit.
- Any previous experience with arcade machines, simulators, motion systems, or related electronics.
