Ongoing Video Editing & Content Creation for Home Renovation Company

We are Alpha Smart Home Empire, a home renovation company with ongoing projects in Johor Bahru and Masai, Malaysia. We are seeking a talented freelance video editor and content creator for a long-term collaboration.The primary scope of work involves: - Producing five simple vertical videos per week (15-30 seconds each) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. - Footage will be provided by us, recorded on mobile phones, featuring our renovation work. - Videos require clean editing, clear subtitles, consistent company branding, and inclusion of contact details. - We would also appreciate guidance on optimal shots to record for social media content.Additionally, we require: - One polished final showcase video per house (two houses total), combining before, progress, and completed footage. These videos should include appropriate music and clear before-and-after comparisons.Ideally, the freelancer can conduct initial and completion on-site shoots at each house location in Johor.
