Browser Automation Requirements:

Property Search Automation:


Navigate to OpenRent website
Input location parameters (UK main cities: Manchester, London, etc.)
Set search radius to 5km
Set number of bedrooms filter
Budget limit: £8,000


Messaging Automation:


For each property listing:

Click "Message landlord"
Fill form:

Answer "No" to first 4 questions
Answer "Yes" to the last question
Select "I don't mind" for requirements
Set move-in time to a week after specified date
Select "Weekdays"
Input predefined message template (including name "Jas")
Check confirmation box and send






Chat Monitoring & Response:


Monitor landlord responses
If no phone number is provided in first response:

Use AI to continue the conversation to obtain phone number
Important: AI must avoid mentioning renting as a company or keywords like "Airbnb" to prevent account bans




Data Collection:


Store the following information in CSV:

Property details
Phone numbers (when obtained)
Landlord names
Property URLs



Operational Parameters:

Script should be manually triggered
Use 10 different accounts
Each account limited to 40-50 messages maximum
