We are an independent movie production company based in Argentina, and want to launch an OTT platform starting with these characteristics:
- Responsive and customised front-end
- 50 h of video footage storage
- Subtitles enabling
- Up to 250 users running simultaneously
- Different kinds of monetization models: tvod, svod, avod
- local payment methods integration
- geo blocking, specially at the content level

we would like to have an idea of the cost and time needed.
