Our facebook ad account has been disabled.

Our facebook ad account has been disabled twice now, due to policy violation. We have been in touch with Facebook, but their support refuses to give us the reason why it blocks the account, and having read the policy, we can't figure out what the issue is.

We rely heavily on fb ads to create leads, and must resolve as soon as possible.

We're looking for an expert that can identify the issue correctly, and help us design ads/copy for our service that will not result in account block.

We are a startup that helps elders sell their homes, while retaining the right to live in them.  Similar to a reverse mortgage from a bank, only a lot better.

This is the copy of one of the Ads:
