🎯 Experience: 3+ years managing paid media campaigns with proven success in lead generation and e-commerce. 🎯 Platform Expertise: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital ad platforms. 🎯 Data & Analytics: Strong skills in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTMs, conversion tracking, and A/B testing. 🎯 Budget Management: Experience handling $10K+ monthly ad spend with data-driven decision-making. 🎯 Creativity & Copywriting: Understanding of ad creatives, landing pages, and persuasive copywriting for conversions. 🎯 Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio (Data Studio), and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. 🎯 Language Skills: Strong English proficiency. Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese is a plus. 🎯 Time Zone Compatibility: Ability to work in a time zone overlapping with est/pst for better collaboration.
