I’m a multi-brand entrepreneur looking for a part-time digital marketing assistant who can help manage and grow three small businesses—an email marketing brand, a Shopify ecommerce store, and a local food delivery service.

You should be confident with:
    •    Email marketing (Mailchimp or Klaviyo) – building flows, sending campaigns
    •    Shopify – uploading products, creating simple landing pages, and organizing collections
    •    Social media scheduling – using Canva to design basic posts and schedule across platforms (IG, Facebook, Pinterest)

Bonus if you:
    •    Know how to run simple Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
    •    Can assist with Pinterest posting or light video editing
    •    Have admin or VA experience (bookkeeping, task organization, reports)

This is a $500/month part-time role (around 20 hours/week). I’m looking for someone reliable, proactive, and excited to grow with my brands.

Project overview

You’ll be supporting three brands: 1. A food delivery business in Dallas, Texas (Southern comfort meals, 1 menu every 2 weeks) 2. An email marketing agency for small businesses (content + courses) 3. A Shopify-based ecommerce store focused on giftable fashion collections (Beyoncé, FIFA, and more) You’ll work directly with me to set up and maintain digital marketing systems, create content, track performance, and keep things moving. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants steady work and clear direction.
