We are seeking a high-level Ads Specialist to architect our tracking, build our campaigns across multiple platforms, and teach our internal team how to maintain them. This role is crucial for optimizing our multi-brand e-commerce business's advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Platform Architecture: Build, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Walmart Ads.
Advanced Tracking: You must know how to generate and configure Google Tags, Meta Pixels, and conversion events.
Team Training & Mentorship: You will record screen-share videos and write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to teach our internal staff.
Strategic Oversight: Once campaigns are handed off, you will use your hours to audit the team's work and strategize the next platforms.

Requirements:
Fully Autonomous Work Ethic: We do not micromanage.
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, Tag Manager, and data analytics.
