Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Business and Content Support

Executive coach is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Virtual Assistant for comprehensive business and content support. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication and technical skills, capable of managing diverse tasks with professionalism and excellent written and spoken English. The initial commitment is 10–15 hours per week, with potential for expansion.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Producing polished business documents, presentations, and social media posts to professional standards.
* Conducting research on trends, topics, methodologies, clients, and prospects, then organizing and synthesizing large quantities of data.
* Creating, formatting, and generating content using tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Managing and organizing data within Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, advanced formatting, and chart creation.
* Developing engaging social media content, encompassing both written copy and visual elements.
* Providing essential design support utilizing Canva and PowerPoint, with strong proficiency in these tools being a prerequisite. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a significant advantage.
* Formatting newsletters and email sequences within various email marketing platforms, including ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar systems.

Required Qualifications:
* Exceptional written and spoken American English proficiency.
* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
* Proven strong skills in Canva and PowerPoint; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
* Ability to work autonomously, consistently meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
* Availability for frequent communication during agreed-upon hours between 10 am and 5 pm pst.
