I need a website featuring ongoing plight of Filipino Seafarers to be launched within the next 24-48 hours with the corresponding button for donation should there be an individual willing and contribute in order to uplift the existing plight of Filipino Seafarers stranded all over the world and that of replacement crew brought about by the pandemic Covid 19.
