1th Design

Create responsive html layout for the site (No wordpress or any other similar). Very Similar (or same) like euro-millions.com or buylottoonline.com with the colours of  mostly (black or blue) , gold yellow and White. The colour tones will be given by reference number or you can assign (but need to be approve by us).

This milesone will be completed until Project owner will be successfull and approve the design. Because all the other pages will be settled up with this design. When  this milestone will be completed and send the script/codes to Project owner, 100 USD will be release after Project owner approved the design and codes.
