Eu tenho uma plataforma em cake na qual quando meu banco de dados esta desligado e a aplicação operacional , ao tentar fazer login ela mostra um array com informações do servidor inclusive senhas do arquivo de configuração .

O meu atual desenvedor nao esta conseguindo corrigir isso . Segundo ele não existe nenhum var dump ( debug ) habilitado .
