Plot Property Coordinates on Google Earth and Create Kml/Kmz File

I need a GIS specialist or someone experienced with Google Earth to accurately plot property coordinates from a deed onto Google Earth. The goal is to create a visual representation of the property boundaries.

The project requires taking the provided official coordinates and using them to define the property lines within Google Earth. The final deliverables should allow for easy visualization and navigation of the property boundaries on the ground.

Deliverables:
- A kml or kmz file containing the plotted points and the resulting boundary lines.
- A screenshot or image of the property boundaries clearly displayed on Google Earth as a visual confirmation.
