We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented designer to professionally redesign six existing PowerPoint presentations. The primary goal is to transform poorly formatted, inconsistent, and unprofessional presentations into clean, modern, and cohesive visual assets, while strictly preserving all original content. The project involves a total of approximately 200-250 slides, distributed across 6 individual presentations, with each ranging from 20 to 50 slides. We currently have a basic corporate template that can be improved upon.
The current presentations suffer from inconsistent text boxes, disorganized layouts, and an overall unprofessional appearance. The textual content, images, and charts are final and approved, meaning no editing, rewriting, or content alteration is permitted. The work is purely visual and formatting-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Reorganize layouts where necessary to ensure a better visual flow and readability.
Apply consistent professional formatting across all presentations, including fonts, color palettes, and spacing, adhering to modern design principles.
Maintain all existing text content exactly as written; no changes to wording or phrasing.
Keep all existing images and charts, with the opportunity to visually improve or enhance them for better clarity and aesthetic appeal.
Ensure a cohesive and professional look and feel is achieved across all six presentations, reinforcing our corporate brand identity.
Propose and implement improvements to the existing corporate template to elevate its design and functionality.
Deliverables:
Six professionally redesigned PowerPoint presentations in editable .pptx format.
Timeline:
The project must be completed within a maximum of 4-5 days from the start date.
Important Considerations:
Strict adherence to the existing text content is paramount. This project is solely about visual enhancement and formatting.
Consistency in design and branding across all six presentations is a critical requirement.
