We are an established, active business seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to optimize our existing campaigns and strategically expand into new advertising platforms. Our primary focus is on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. We currently have active campaigns generating results. The main objective is to enhance performance, protect what is already working, and then scale responsibly while launching new campaigns over time. You will not be responsible for content creation, as all creatives (videos, images, ad copy) are already prepared and active ad accounts are in place. This role requires a collaborative approach with live screen sharing and real-time explanations of decisions. Direct access to ad accounts will not be provided initially but may be considered for long-term collaboration based on proven trust, communication, and results. The initial scope includes reviewing and optimizing existing campaigns, improving targeting, structure, budgets, and tracking, and launching at least two new paid campaigns. You will also be expected to share best practices for conversions and scaling. We are interested in a long-term collaboration if results, communication, and workflow are strong. Clear and fluent communication in either Spanish or English is essential for this role due to the interactive nature of the work.
