Professional Video Editor for Online Mental Health Course Series

We are seeking a skilled video editor to establish and implement a clean, repeatable editing standard for an online course focused on mental health and personal development. This is an ongoing project with a per-episode scope.

Materials Provided:
- Two camera angles (A/B), pre-synced.
- Brand assets including logo, fonts, and color palette.
- Complete subtitle scripts (no transcription required).
- All materials will be delivered via Google Drive.

Scope of Work (Per Episode):
- Perform color correction and seamless cuts between camera angles.
- Conduct audio cleanup, including voice isolation, noise reduction, and leveling.
- Remove all silences and retakes to ensure a smooth flow.
- Integrate a simple logo intro (boolean slider effect with click sound effect).
- Create and incorporate concept cards (term + short explanation).
- Sync and style provided subtitles accurately.

Deliverables (3 files per episode):
- 16:9 aspect ratio video with subtitles.
- 9:16 aspect ratio video (clean, no subtitles).
- 9:16 aspect ratio video with subtitles.

Important: Vertical videos (9:16) must be carefully reframed, avoiding simple center cropping. All exports should be in MP4 H.264 format at 1080p resolution for both horizontal and vertical versions. The project file must also be included for future reuse.

Quality Expectations:
We require a clean, professional, and educational aesthetic. The final output should prioritize clarity and avoid overproduction.

Workflow:
As a first step, please submit a ~60-second sample edit using provided materials for episode 1.8 before proceeding with full episode edits.

Confidentiality:
All project materials and deliverables must be kept strictly confidential. Files must be deleted upon final approval of the project.

Proposal Requirements:
Interested freelancers should include the following in their proposal:
- Relevant portfolio showcasing similar editing work.
- Estimated timeline for the test sample and ongoing per-episode edits, including revision rounds.
- List of software to be used for editing.
- Pricing for both the test sample and the ongoing per-episode rate.
- Your proposed approach to creating concept cards and handling vertical video reframing.
