é um bug quando só tem um modo de entrega
se ele dá um update na troca de endereço, cartao de credito, qualquer coisa que execute javascript, ele perde a informação do frete
no github do OSC6 tem vários casos sobre isso, mas o que resolveu para alguns lá, não resolveu pra mim
