Necesito un directorio comercial (anuncios)

- Cliente y administrador tiene su control panel.
- Cliente publica todo lo relacionado a su empresa. Hoja de registro, fotos, videos.etc.
- Administrador puede editar información de anuncios.
- Directorio debe de tener un modulo de administración.
- Se debe de programar pagina y dar un diseño presentable.
- Es importante hacer analisis previo.
- La pagina es interesante ya que es un sistema basico y lleva una complejidad en el modulo administrativo.
- Pagina va a requerir actualizacion 2 veces por año.

Programación requerida.
