We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative & Marketing Support Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in a growing Middle East company (Oman, uae, ksa) of an international architecture and engineering firm. The department is currently being structured, and this role will be critical in keeping projects, communications, and freelancers coordinated and on
track.Key Responsibilities: Support to compile, review, and validate data for reports, presentations, and internal communications. Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and other written materials in fluent English (Arabic is a plus). Follow up with suppliers, vendors, and freelancers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Maintain organization and tracking of ongoing projects, including freelance work (social media, video production, presentations, event materials). Assist in internal communications: reminders, engagement emails, project launches, and other marketing-related correspondence. Handle urgent requests and last-minute tasks, often with tight deadlines. Requirements: Advanced fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills. Professional and courteous communication style. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience supporting managers or teams in marketing or communications is a plus. Arabic language skills are desirable but not required. Comfortable with working in Oman time zone GMT+4 and flexible with occasional urgent requests.
