Python Developer for Ats Data Scraping

We are an American data company specializing in scraping, aggregating, and selling business data. Our primary product focuses on jobs and hiring data, gathered from hundreds of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team as a contractor. Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain backend software for scraping data from various ATS platforms. This involves increasing our current total of ATS connections.

This is a remote position offering flexible hours (minimum 5 hours per week), with the potential for full-time work depending on your availability and performance. We offer mature tooling, training, and a clear roadmap for upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate is capable, ambitious, and communicates proactively. You should be diligent in testing outputs for quality and consistency. Experience with Python and data scraping is helpful, but not strictly required.

As part of our interview process, we require candidates to complete a paid project. This project involves writing two Python functions for two different recruiting systems, estimated to take around 3 hours, with a maximum time limit of 4 hours. Sample code and a video guide will be provided. You will be compensated $60 upon submission of your work for this interview project. Please note this is a one-time task for evaluation purposes; the main contract will be hourly.
