Python Web Scraping Script Debugging, Adaptation, and Csv Output

I need assistance with a Python screen scraping program that is currently encountering a "list index out of range" error. The program is designed to collect data on Substitute Trustees from a specific website.

The primary goals for this project are:

1.  Identify and fix the "list index out of range" error in the existing Python script.
2.  Adapt the corrected program to successfully scrape data from a similar website (details will be provided).
3.  Ensure the collected data is properly formatted and saved into a CSV file.

I am looking for a freelancer proficient in Python and experienced with web scraping libraries, particularly BeautifulSoup. Familiarity with debugging common scraping errors like list index issues is essential. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver a fully functional and tested script that meets these requirements.
