Necesito desarrollar una app para teléfonos móviles que alerte mediante una "push notification" la ocurrencia de terremotos. La app debe contar con un menú que seleccione el rango de magnitud y la ubicación. Además debe poseer un chat regionalizado, que permita a los usuarios comunicarse entre sí.


La app debe estar conectada a una red de sensores ubicados en las zonas de fallas sísmicas.
