Rc Building Structural Analysis & Design with Drawings and Quantity Takeoff

I need a professional civil/structural engineer to provide a complete structural design for a reinforced concrete building according to the Egyptian Code or ACI. The work should include etabs and safe modeling, detailed construction drawings, quantity takeoff, and a full calculation report. The scope of work involves developing a full structural model using etabs, designing foundations and slabs using safe, preparing detailed structural drawings (shop drawings) using autocad, providing a bill of quantities (boq) using excel, and delivering a complete design report including equations, load assumptions, and code references. The freelancer must follow the required design code (Egyptian Code / ACI – as agreed) and be prepared to make revisions if needed, ensuring high-quality engineering work. Deliverables include the Etabs model (.edb), safe model (.Fdb), structural drawings (dwg + pdf), boq (excel), and a structural calculation report (pdf). Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design, strong knowledge of etabs, safe, autocad, and excel, and good communication skills are required.
