Job Overview:
We are a leading accounting firm based in the United States and looking for an Outbound Appointment Setter to support our accounting professionals by scheduling client consultations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate records. You will be a crucial part of the team, facilitating smooth interactions between clients and accountants.
The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as some clients are Spanish-speaking only. This role primarily involves scheduling appointments with prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls and schedule appointments with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain and update customer contact information in the database.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide them with necessary information about accounting services.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Collaborate with accountants and administrative staff to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Send emails and conduct between 70 and 80 calls per day.
- Perform data entry tasks, updating databases for email campaigns and outbound calls.
- Assist in preparing and organizing client documentation for meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in appointment setting, calendar management, basic qualification, and data entry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
- Honest, transparent, and highly detail-oriented.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new processes in a professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate client records.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
Compensation:
- Rate starts at $5 per hour.
Equipment Requirements:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
- Noise-canceling headset with an extended mic and a webcam.
- Back-up computer and internet connection.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
