Remote Junior Broker – U.S. Business Funding (Fluent English Required)

We’re hiring a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Junior Broker based in Colombia to join our fast-growing U.S.-Based business funding team.

Position: Junior Broker – Remote (Colombia-Based)
✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
Speak with pre-qualified business owners (no cold calling)

Collect documents: 3 months bank statements, voided checks, IDs

Input client info into CRM (we’ll train you)

Follow up via phone, text, and email to complete applications

Assist with onboarding clients for business funding and cash advances

Work directly with the sales team captain and closers

🔹 You Are:
Fluent in spoken and written English

Confident speaking on the phone with U.S.-Based clients

Comfortable using Google Drive, CRMs, and messaging apps like Slack or WhatsApp

Organized, responsible, and coachable

Available to work EST hours (Monday–Friday)

🔹 Preferred (but not required):
Experience in credit repair, real estate va, lending, merchant cash advance, or bpo sales

worked with u.S. Clients in finance, sales, or business operations

🔹 What You’ll Get:
