We are seeking a highly organized and reliable remote Photo and Video Assistant Editor or Media Organizer to support our creative projects. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient workflow, meticulous file management, and timely delivery of high-quality media assets. The ideal candidate will be based in Mexico or Latin America.

This is not solely a creative editing position; strong emphasis is placed on your ability to manage files cleanly, follow detailed instructions, and maintain a structured workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Downloading and managing media folders from cloud platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and WeTransfer.
*  Organizing RAW photos, JPEGs, video files, and final exports into a clean and logical folder structure.
*  Reviewing photo collections and assisting in the selection of the best shots.
*  Performing basic photo edits using Adobe Lightroom Classic.
*  Executing basic video editing tasks for various outputs, including social media reels, short clips, and promotional content.
*  Creating video proxies when necessary to optimize editing performance.
*  Exporting final files in specified formats and resolutions.
*  Ensuring all finished projects are delivered in an organized folder structure.
*  Confirming that all files are properly backed up before any original data is deleted.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
*  Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic.
*  Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
*  Familiarity with cloud storage solutions like Google Drive and Dropbox.
*  A fundamental understanding of RAW photo formats, video codecs, proxy workflows, and export settings.
*  Reliable high-speed internet connection.
*  Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized file workflow.
*  Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus, but not strictly required.

This engagement will commence with a paid test project. The test will involve a small set of photos and video clips designed to assess your organizational skills, communication effectiveness, adherence to instructions, and overall quality of work.
