Remote Property Evaluator/Underwriter

About the Job:
We are a real estate investment company specializing in wholesale deals and property flips. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Evaluator/Underwriter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for analyzing properties, evaluating "as-is" market values, and identifying potential after-repair values (ARV).

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and evaluate residential properties to determine their current "as-is" market value.
* Research and provide after-repair comparable properties (ARV) to help estimate potential investment returns.
* Work closely with the acquisition team to assess property details and assist in determining the viability of investment deals.
* Identify market trends, neighborhood characteristics, and potential renovation costs to refine property valuations.
* Assist in reviewing financial data and underwriting reports for properties.
* Use online tools and resources to research property comps (as-is and ARV).
* Communicate clearly with team members, providing insights and recommendations for each property evaluated.

Requirements:

* Must be based in Latin America.
* Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuations.
* Experience with analyzing property comps (as-is and ARV).
* Excellent research skills and ability to gather accurate market data.
* Comfortable with remote work and time zone flexibility.
* Proficient in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with real estate software/tools is a plus.
