Anchor Point Roofing is a top-rated roofing company based in Chicago, IL, and we're looking for a high-performing Sales Outreach Specialist to join our remote team.
You’ll play a key role in growing our commercial division by identifying, connecting with, and booking appointments with decision-makers like property managers, building owners, and franchise operators. You'll be using tools like LinkedIn and our CRM to build lists and engage leads daily.
This is a full-time, remote role for a Latin America-based team member only.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:
Use LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) to research and connect with:
Property managers
Building owners
Facilities managers
Franchise and multi-location operators
Build, organize, and manage lead lists using Jobber or similar platforms
Send daily personalized LinkedIn messages and emails
Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
Book onsite roof inspections for our Chicago sales team
Maintain tracking systems and report performance weekly
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English speaker with a professional and friendly voice
Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or prospecting
Strong writing skills and ability to personalize messages
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Self-starter with attention to detail and follow-through
Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace
💰 Compensation:
$8–$15 usd/hour depending on experience
$100 usd bonus for every onsite inspection successfully booked
