Description: We are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Acquisition Manager to join our wholesale real estate team. Our business, Dreams 2 Reality Home Buyers, specializes in sourcing distressed properties, motivated seller properties, REOs, probate properties, vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, multi-family properties, and land. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying high-potential properties, negotiating deals, and managing the acquisitions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and identify distressed properties and motivated sellers.
Evaluate property deals by analyzing market trends, pricing, and comparable properties.
Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers.
Assist with the preparation of contracts and ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
Provide detailed reports and updates on acquisition activities to the team.
Ensure smooth coordination between the acquisition process and other departments of the business.
Skills & Experience:

Experience in real estate acquisitions or a similar role is a must.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify profitable property deals.
Familiarity with real estate markets, property evaluation, and legalities surrounding real estate transactions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using real estate tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
Compensation:

This is a performance-based role where the Acquisition Manager will earn $750 per closed deal, which will be paid once the assignment fee is received.
We operate under a system where team members are paid from the assignment fee once the deal is closed.
As the business scales, compensation may increase with higher assignment fees.
Requirements:

Must have a strong understanding of wholesale real estate practices.
Ability to work remotely, with flexibility in time zones.
Willingness to work on a commission-based structure with the potential for increased compensation as the business grows.
Where will the freelancer work from?
This position is remote. Freelancers from any location are welcome to apply, with a preference for candidates who have experience in U.S. Real estate.

Budget:

Compensation is $750 per closed deal after the assignment fee is received.
This compensation structure will be revisited as deal volume increases.
