We are currently assisting international clients who require company incorporation and ongoing compliance support in Hong Kong. In this regard, we are seeking a reliable local partner for long-term collaboration to support end-to-end corporate compliance and regulatory requirements. This is a paid engagement with the potential for ongoing work based on client requirements. Scope of Support: Assist with statutory compliance requirements under Hong Kong regulations. Support company incorporation and post-incorporation compliance matters. Coordinate annual filings, maintenance of statutory records and corporate administration requirements. Assist with local compliance obligations and regulatory submissions where required. Provide responsive local coordination and support for international clients. Support ongoing corporate secretarial and compliance-related matters. Ideal Partner: Experience in Hong Kong corporate services, compliance or company secretarial matters. Familiarity with Companies Registry and ongoing statutory obligations. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to support international clients in a timely and professional manner.
