Seeking Reliable Social Media Assistant (Latam-Based Preferred) – Immediate Start

I'm looking for a dependable, creative, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant based in Latin America to support content creation, scheduling, and light engagement across Instagram and Facebook.

You should be:

Fluent or highly proficient in English (both written and spoken)

Reliable with strong follow-through and excellent communication

Familiar with Canva, Trello, Instagram, and Facebook posting tools

Able to work independently and meet deadlines without reminders

Professional, solution-oriented, and responsive during normal business hours (Eastern Time Zone preferred)

Scope of Work:

Content creation using provided outlines (Reels ideas, static posts, carousels)

Scheduling and posting content to Instagram and Facebook

Light engagement (commenting and interacting with audiences where needed)

Weekly updates via Trello

Hours:
Part-time/project-based to start — potential to grow into a longer-term role if we’re a strong fit.

Payment:
Flat monthly or project-based fee depending on skills and experience.
