This critical FinTech initiative demands a fully hardened, real-time, and fault-tolerant system capable of seamless integration and operation within live enterprise environments.

This is a high-stakes project; we are not seeking a proof-of-concept or an experimental sandbox. The final deliverable must meet stringent production-grade standards. The engagement will be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the sole jurisdiction of its courts.

Zero Partial-Acceptance Policy: We maintain a strict policy against partial acceptance. No piecemeal or fractional work will be considered, and no partial payment will be issued for semi-functional builds. Submissions categorized as 'near complete', 'pre-alpha', or 'beta-grade' will be rejected. Prorated payouts for individual working modules are not applicable. Access to test suites or interim feedback does not constitute formal acceptance. Final acceptance is binary and contingent upon 100% production completion.

Candidate Prerequisites:

- Expert-level, hands-on proficiency with high-throughput streaming architectures.
