Senior Blockchain Developer for Solana/Polygon Web3 Ecosystem

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join our fully distributed team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable smart contracts for our next-generation Web3 applications and token ecosystems on Solana and Polygon/EVM. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain architecture and a proven track record in deploying complex token functionalities.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Building and deploying spl and erc-20/721 tokens.
* Implementing advanced tokenomics features such as staking, vesting, buyback & burn, and tax/reflection mechanisms.
* Integrating cross-chain bridging solutions like Wormhole, LayerZero, and CCTP.
* Writing high-quality, production-ready code in Rust (using Anchor framework) and Solidity (0.8.x).
* Conducting thorough testing, security audits, and performance optimization for smart contracts.
* Developing Automated Market Maker (AMM) and liquidity mechanisms.
* Proactively monitoring deployed contracts and responding to potential security threats.

Requirements for this role include:
* A minimum of 3 years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
* Expert-level proficiency in Rust and Solidity programming languages.
* Strong knowledge of blockchain standards such as spl, erc-20, erc-2612, and token-2022.
* Extensive experience with smart contract security best practices and patterns.
* A history of successful project launches with over $5M Total Value Locked (TVL) or 50,000+ token holders.
