Overview
L3A is seeking a Consensus Algorithm Expert with ZK background to conduct a thorough competitive analysis on oracle services and decentralized price feeds. The expert should look at the current landscape of external price feeds and external data connected to smart contracts and validate the kind of consensus mechanisms and incentive mechanisms each uses along with others in the below list of responsibilities.


Responsibilities
Conduct thorough competitor analysis on all oracle services and decentralized price feeds
Evaluate the oracle projects that exist regarding conducting data verification and validation
Evaluate the oracle projects that exist regarding how they keep their methods decentralized
Evaluate the oracle projects that exist regarding their consensus mechanisms, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain decentralization
Evaluate the oracle projects that exist regarding incentive mechanisms to learn more about how participant behavior is influenced by the incentive mechanisms set out to ensure the right behavior is maintained across the participants in the ecosystem e.g., Chainlink where if you provide the right price feed, you are incentivized with Chainlink token
Evaluate the oracle projects that exist about how they keep the integrity, sustainability, viability, and longevity of the ecosystem
Evaluate the oracle projects that exist about how they make sure that they have no single point of failure
Evaluate the oracle projects that exist regarding how they conduct data verification and validation without having a middleman
Review and recommend cryptography, blockchain, and consensus algorithm tools, products, and services

Other Responsibilities
Research and implement distributed ledger technologies such as blockchain to create a secure and transparent data storage and management system for L3A.
Design and implement a consensus algorithm for the validation and publishing of the data received from centralized and decentralized sources such as financial market exchanges.
Collaborate with other members of the technical team to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into consensus algorithms, blockchain, and cryptography solutions.
Stay current with new developments in blockchain technology, cryptography, and consensus algorithms and incorporate them into the project solutions as appropriate.
Monitor and troubleshoot security-related issues related to cryptography, blockchain, and consensus algorithms.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations such as soc 2, pci-dss, hipaa, and gdpr
create documentation and technical specifications for the cryptographic, blockchain, and consensus algorithm solutions.
Collaborate with other teams to provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the team.


Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8+ years of experience in cryptography, blockchain engineering, consensus algorithms, or a related field.
Strong experience with cryptography protocols and technologies such as aes, rsa, ecc, and ssl/tls.
Strong experience with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Hyperledger.
Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong experience with monitoring and troubleshooting security issues related to cryptography, blockchain, and consensus algorithms.
Experience with creating technical documentation, including technical specifications and standard operating procedures.
Certifications in cryptography, blockchain, or consensus algorithm-related fields (ccsp, cism, cisa, ceh, etc.)

Hybrid Cryptography Cloud Storage system is a web-based application that runs in the
localhost where it has 2 users; customer of cloud service and the admin.

The scope of the project is liable to meet the required security needs of the data center of the cloud. The idea of splitting and merging adds on to meet the principle of data security. The user is required to upload a file, an image (password image), and insert a key.
The uploaded file will be then encrypted using three algorithms; aes, des, and rc2. The key for the encryption is embedded in the password image using image steganography and the encrypted image will be sent to the user's secondary email. Now, in order to download the uploaded file, the user has to upload the encrypted password image.
If the user fails to upload the encrypted password image, then the file will be downloaded as a non-readable text file.

The current issue in the system:
***The uploaded file is being downloaded with and without the encrypted password image.
The file should only be able to download in the readable form if the user uploads the encrypted password image (sent to the secondary email), or else it should be downloaded in a non-readable form.
