We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Engineer to architect and develop a new Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization platform. This decentralized application will bring real-world assets such as real estate, private credit, commodities, and treasuries on-chain, handling compliant asset issuance, fractional ownership, secondary trading, and automated settlement. The project has a clear timeline with a demo expected in 3 months.Responsibilities include: Architecting and developing smart contracts for asset tokenization, utilizing permissioned standards (erc-3643, erc-1400) and standard token interfaces (erc-20/721/1155). Building on-chain compliance modules, including kyc/aml whitelisting, transfer restrictions, and jurisdiction-based rules. Integrating oracles (such as Chainlink) for asset valuation, pricing, and proof-of-reserve data. Developing the dApp frontend and Web3 integration using technologies like React, ethers.js/viem, and various wallet connectors. Designing backend services and APIs to connect on-chain logic with off-chain asset data and custodians. Writing thorough test suites (e.g., With Foundry/Hardhat) and coordinating external security audits. Ensuring gas optimization, upgradeability, and readiness for multi-chain/L2 deployment.Requirements for this role include: 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in Solidity/EVM development. Proven experience in shipping production-grade DeFi, RWA, or tokenization protocols. A strong understanding of smart contract security best practices and common vulnerabilities. Proficiency in TypeScript/React and relevant Web3 libraries. Familiarity with regulatory considerations pertinent to tokenized securities.Nice to have qualifications include: Experience with permissioned or regulated token standards like ERC-3643. Prior work involving custody, identity (DID), or compliance providers. Background in security auditing or formal verification. Knowledge of cross-chain bridges and Layer 2 ecosystems.
