Senior Flutterflow / Android Native Developer - Fleet Telemetry Backend

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FlutterFlow / Android Native Developer to lead Phase 2 of our heavy fleet telemetry backend integration project. This role requires expertise in implementing complex mobile functionalities and robust backend integrations. The project involves several critical technical requirements to enhance our fleet management system. The first requirement is to implement a Local Acoustic DSP using Android Native/Java. This background Java engine will monitor cabin noise and sound levels via the device's microphone, triggering flags based on dynamic decibel thresholds controlled from the cloud. Secondly, an Indestructible Foreground Service is needed, featuring an energy-saving stealth mode. This routine will dim the entire screen to absolute black, simulating a physical device shutdown, while maintaining rigid background persistence via WakeLock to suppress screen interruptions during critical telemetry transmission. Thirdly, the project requires Automated BLE Geofencing. This involves building an autonomous scanning and handshaking module using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The trigger must activate automatically via GPS coordinates (geofences) with an elastic range (100m to 15m) to emit pulses to heavy fleet warehouse gates. Fourthly, an Encrypted Architecture & Data Privacy setup is crucial. This includes configuring a local SQLite database with AES encryption for user credentials and driver identity numbers. It must integrate with Firebase Firestore for high-concurrency messaging nodes, supporting up to 1,000 terminals per node, while ensuring full masking of user phone numbers. Finally, Dynamic Remote Config & Billing Gateways need to be connected. This involves an internal secure WebView controller for dynamic subscription payments, synchronized with Firebase Remote Config to update license fees, hardware kit rentals, and extra terminal registrations in real time. Deliverables include clean code integration into Custom Actions/Widgets and the final functional .APK file.
