We are seeking a top-tier, senior-level Office Manager who excels in bookkeeping and digital organization across multiple companies. This role is critical as we expand our property management and investment portfolio to include new clients and additional entities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records are impeccably organized and that documents are presented in a clean, tax-ready format for multiple tax teams. You must be highly proficient in both QuickBooks and AppFolio, as these will be central to our operations. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle a growing workload and is comfortable integrating new partnerships, properties, and investment entities into our system over time. Key Responsibilities: Masterfully organize and manage financial documents using AppFolio and QuickBooks for multiple growing entities. Prepare and present all records in a polished, tax-compliant manner for multiple tax advisors and teams. Support the integration of new clients and properties into our workflow, ensuring seamless scaling. Generate monthly reports and assist with financial organization to meet high standards of clarity and accuracy. Required Skills: Extensive experience with both AppFolio and QuickBooks. Strong background in multi-company bookkeeping and property management. Ability to scale and handle increasing complexity as we grow our portfolio.
