Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer for a contractual role. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of proven, hands-on experience in Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Headless API architectures.

Required Technical / Functional Competencies:

Core Platform & Advanced Tech (Mandatory):
* AI & Agentforce: Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying Salesforce AI solutions and autonomous agents using Agentforce. Deep understanding of prompt engineering, model positioning, and grounding actions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
* Headless API Architecture: Proven experience working with Salesforce Headless APIs to build flexible and scalable integrations.
* Platform Development: Deep hands-on experience in APEX Coding, Integrations, Customizations, Lightning UI Aura Development, and LWC Development.

Experience Cloud:
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Community/Portal Configurations, Partner/Customer Onboarding, Standard & Custom Template Usage, and API-driven headless implementations.
* Completion of all Experience Cloud Trailheads & Badges is expected.
* Integration of AI capabilities and conversational agents within Experience Cloud portals.

Sales Cloud:
* Hands-on experience configuring & customizing Sales Cloud modules: Declaratives & Configurations, Account/Lead/Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Territory Management, Reports, Dashboards, and CPQ.

Service Cloud:
* Hands-on experience configuring & customizing Service Cloud modules: Case Management, Web-to-Case, CTI Integration, Omnichannel, Entitlements & SLA Management, Knowledge/Article Management.
* Experience embedding Agentforce service agents to automate customer service workflows is highly preferred.

Certifications:
* Minimum of 5 SFDC Certifications (Development/Architecture certifications preferred).
* Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certifications are highly advantageous.
