You will own and grow organic traffic and organic revenue across our network of multi-country eCommerce sites, plus supporting content/authority sites we launch.

The goal is to dominate seo in each market, build long-term authority, and ensure we’re discoverable in ai-driven search (chatgpt, grok, etc.) Through strong entity presence and trusted citations across the web.

This is a fully independent ownership role—you will build, manage, and execute the entire SEO and organic growth engine end-to-end without relying on an agency.

You’ll collaborate with other departments (CRO/Shopify, creative, product, customer service, and leadership) to align priorities and get work shipped, but you are the in-house seo authority and final owner of organic growth strategy, execution, and results across technical seo, content/blogs, link building, localization, analytics, and backlink/reputation health.
