Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled SEO Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our client success initiatives. This is a part-time remote position (10-20 hours per week) with growth potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Management
Create, update, and optimize content for client websites
Implement internal linking strategies
Conduct basic keyword research and implementation
Assist with on-page SEO optimization
Digital Marketing Support
Post weekly content to client Google Business Profiles
Create and manage profiles on Reddit, Quora, and other forums
Develop engaging content for various platforms
Client Support & Management
Provide onboarding support for new clients
Update client profiles in our
Experdent.com directory
Handle basic client inquiries and support requests
Maintain clear communication with clients when needed
Reporting & Analytics
Compile monthly reports from SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Create comprehensive client reports
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
2+ years of SEO experience (portfolio required)
Proficiency with Google Business Profile management
Experience with social media platforms and forum engagement
Basic WordPress knowledge
Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.)
Language & Communication
Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken - B2/C1 level)
Client-facing communication experience
Strong attention to detail
Professional demeanor for video calls
Location Requirement
Must be based in Mexico, Argentina, or another South American country
Reliable internet connection for video calls and collaborative work
