We are seeking a highly skilled freelancer to create, post, and manage monetized short-form video content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts targeting Brazilian (Portuguese) and US (English) audiences.
The goal is direct revenue generation from TikTok Shop, affiliate links, or both. This is a pilot and execution-focused project, designed to require minimal oversight from the client.
Scope of Work
1. Account Setup & Monetization
Configure and optimize TikTok and YouTube Shorts accounts for Brazil and USA.
Enable TikTok Shop where possible and/or integrate strong affiliate links.
Set up accounts fully: bio, profile link, categories, compliance checks.
2. Video Production
Produce 60 short-form videos per month (30 for Brazil, 30 for USA).
Duration: 15–30 seconds, vertical format (9:16).
Video types:
Product demos
Before/after transformations
Quick hacks, tips, or comparisons
Unboxing
Editing tools: CapCut, Canva, or similar templates for speed and consistency.
Include strong CTA directing viewers to TikTok Shop or affiliate link.
3. Posting & Optimization
Daily posting: 1 video per account per day.
Add relevant hashtags, descriptions, and links.
Adjust CTA placement and hashtags to maximize conversions.
4. Reporting & Metrics
Weekly reports per account including:
Views, likes, comments
Clicks on links / TikTok Shop conversions
Estimated revenue generated
Identify top-performing videos and replicate format.
Language
Brazil account: Portuguese
USA account: English
Target Audience
Primary: Brazil (large TikTok and YouTube Shorts audience, high engagement)
Secondary: usa (high cpc, larger potential revenue, english content)

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Skilled in TikTok Shop setup or affiliate monetization.
Capable of producing fast, repeatable videos daily.
Comfortable reporting metrics and suggesting performance optimization.
Preferred country: Philippines → cheap, fast onboarding, fluent English, high execution volume.
