Hi, I'm looking for different shorts editors that can help me create content for my art youtube channel. All media necessary will be provided. If we work well together, there will be a lot of shorts to be made (most likely 4-8 shorts per month) and potentially better pay as soon as I'm closer to monetize. I don't require a lot of experience but willingness to adapt to the niche and at least a bit of understanding of how to create hooks for the video in my niche. Intermediate-beginner-ish editors are welcome! I just want someone willing and happy to learn and to adjust as needed. I will probably also need another more advanced editor for some specific shorts, so if you have a bunch of experience please text me aswell and include your price per short, I'll need a couple of those aswell. It is a requirement that no ai is used in any part of your creative and editing process (with exception of subtitle generation). My budget is from 5 to 10$ per short for beginner/intermediate editors, depending on complexity, because I expect to get a lot of them done lol, if you're very experienced in making viral shorts please send me your price per short. The deadlines for shorts will be around a week since the order, open to extensions if needed, as I dont wan't a rushed job to meet a deadline.

Project overview

I make art videos in youtube, I'm trying to create a mix between teaching it, speedpaints and some reflections/realisations mixed with the art that I make. Art videos (I can send examples) don't tend to have heavy editing like other niches like gaming or finances (to name a few). The main focus is on the art, so the job is simpler than other ones, but it is very overflooded category so the most important parts are the hooks of the shorts. My channel is BarceloArts in youtube, in case you want to go and take a look at the shorts uploaded to get an idea of what I'm doing at the moment. The videos are in English so understanding most of it is necessary.
