I need a small web-based AI chat interface that connects to an existing OpenAI API key.
The interface should:
• Have a text box for user input and display model responses
• Allow setting a custom system prompt before each session
• Store the last 5 messages locally (no backend required)
• Use clean minimal ui with html/css/javascript or next.js
