We're looking for a proactive, creative, and trend-savvy social media specialist who can elevate our presence online and help grow our local community of students and art lovers.
About Us:
We are a vibrant and growing art school and creative studio. We run daily classes, camps, events, and have a rich stream of visual content. From our side, you'll receive a constant flow of material and information to work with — we need someone who knows how to shape it into engaging, fresh, and professional content.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Grow Our Social Media Accounts:
Instagram – Plan and publish eye-catching Reels, Stories, and posts that follow current trends.
Facebook – Share updates with visuals, participate in local groups.
TikTok & YouTube Shorts – Make cool, modern, and creative short videos that capture attention.
Telegram – Send regular newsletter-style updates and engage in relevant art/parenting groups.
We want organic growth — not fake followers. You should know how to build a real audience and turn followers into customers.
2. Be a Creative Partner, Not Just a Poster:
- Generate original content ideas and engaging campaigns.
- Propose themed months, content calendars, and help shape the overall voice of our brand.
- Take initiative and truly care about the work — we’re looking for someone who’s involved, passionate, and inspired by art and education.
3. Focus on Results:
- Drive local engagement (Studio City / LA area is the priority).
- Use proven methods to grow reach and convert attention into bookings.
- Monitor performance, provide reports, and adapt to what works.
Additional Skills (Bonus Points If You Have These):
- Canva – For creating flyers, class promotions, and branded visuals.
- Mailchimp – Email campaigns and automations.
- CapCut – For editing Reels and Shorts (cool video editing is a must!).
- Google Sheets – Organizing calendars, reports, and workflows.
- Yelp, Eventbrite, Nextdoor, KidPass – Experience with promotions on these platforms.
- Google Business – Keeping it fresh and optimized.
- Target Ads & Meta Ads – Basic knowledge of running local ad campaigns.
- seo/ppc – a plus, not required.
