With a portfolio exceeding $75M in assets and a strong track record across multiple funds, we offer institutional-quality passive income opportunities through Regulation A+ and Regulation D offerings.

Our focus is on transparency, education, and community-building through consistent content, webinars, and national events such as a dedicated mortgage note investing conference. We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to help expand our brand presence, drive qualified investor leads, and support our capital-raising efforts across both retail and institutional channels.

Project overview

Responsibilities Content Development & Management Create, manage, and distribute content across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and others as appropriate) Write and repurpose educational blog posts, infographics, podcast highlights, email copy, and investor-focused content Manage editorial calendar to align with business priorities, webinar schedules, fund launches, and email campaigns Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a content strategy that supports company goals around investor education, lead generation, and engagement Create and schedule regular posts, Shorts/Reels, and campaign content tailored to accredited investors, and retirees Monitor and report on engagement metrics; refine strategies to increase visibility and conversions Campaign Coordination Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to amplify podcast episodes, conference promotions, and “Deal of the Week” investor emails Support lead-generation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and automation platforms Branding & Asset Management Ensure all digital content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and messaging standards Work with graphic designers or use tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) to generate branded visuals and templates Community Engagement Manage Facebook and other investor communities by moderating posts, prompting discussions, and engaging with members Track trends in private lending, mortgage notes, and alternative investing to ensure timely, relevant content Requirements 3+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a similar role (preferably in financial services, fintech, or real estate investing) Proven writing and editing skills, with an ability to translate complex financial topics into accessible content Strong understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, etc.) Self-starter with project management skills and attention to detail Understanding of investor personas and capital-raising funnels is a strong plus Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the alternative investment space (e.g., Real estate, notes, funds, syndications) Comfort with podcast production, Youtube channel management, and webinar promotion seo knowledge and ability to use ai tools for content ideation and repurposing tools we use today: hubspot, go high level, wordpress, canva, adobe suite, vimeo, youtube how to apply share a brief cover note and **video** explaining why you are the right fit.
