We are looking for a person/company that we can rely on to continuously make incremental developments for a startup. We use scrum, so it would work like this:

1 - Set an hourly rate
2 - We ask for stories/features for current iteration.
3 - You'd estimate hours and quote
4 - We approve/reject stories
5 - You deliver stories in test server
6 - We test
7 - You fix bugs
8 - We approve and pay
9 - We upload changes to production server
