I need support from an accountant or tax specialist in the United States (New Mexico) to help me review and regularize my tax situation for a business that I no longer operate.
✅The business is called Ecohome.
✅I sold the business, but I’m not sure if the ownership transfer was properly completed.
✅I have not filed tax returns since operations stopped.
✅I want to deactivate or close the business, since it’s no longer active.
Main Objectives:
✅ Review my current tax and business status in New Mexico.
✅ Confirm whether the business ownership is already under the new owner’s name.
✅ If it’s still active under my name.
✅Help me to deactivate, dissolve, or suspend it.
✅Help me file missing returns (if required) to avoid penalties.
Requirements:
