We are seeking an experienced developer proficient in Three.js and interactive 3D web applications to create a lightweight 360-degree room-viewing experience. The primary objective is to enable users to explore a room through an immersive panoramic interface directly within their web browser, similar to a simplified virtual tour.

Key features for the initial version include:
- Displaying a 360-degree panoramic or equirectangular room image using Three.js.
- Implementing smooth click-and-drag camera movement for intuitive navigation.
- Integrating mouse wheel or similar controls for zoom functionality.
- Ensuring full touch and mobile device support.
- Developing a responsive layout that adapts seamlessly to desktop and mobile screens.
- Providing a fullscreen viewing option.
- Designing a clean loading state to enhance user experience while the panorama loads.
- Incorporating simple, modern UI controls.
- Delivering well-organized and readable source code.

As a bonus, the project may include adding interactive hotspots within the room. These hotspots could, for instance, display additional information or facilitate navigation between different rooms in future iterations.
