Timon - Senior Full-Stack Engineer to Build and Scale Innovative Real Estate Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and lead the development of a cutting-edge real estate platform from the ground up. This role involves taking ownership of core feature development, implementing modern web solutions, and translating complex ideas into functional, user-friendly products. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the technical architecture and contributing significantly to the product roadmap. Key responsibilities include: Developing robust property listing and search modules with advanced filtering capabilities and real-time updates. Building intuitive user dashboards tailored for buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. Integrating essential systems such as payment gateways, CRM solutions, and notification services to ensure a seamless workflow. Optimizing platform performance, security, and responsiveness across all devices and user interactions. Contributing to the overall technical architecture design and strategic product planning. We are looking for a professional with near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) and strong full-stack development expertise, including frameworks like React, Node.js, Python, or Next.js. Essential experience includes working with various databases, designing and implementing REST/GraphQL Apis, utilizing cloud services, and managing ci/cd pipelines. A genuine passion for real estate technology and the challenge of building products from scratch is highly valued. Experience with serverless or microservices architectures, ux/ui principles, and previous involvement in a startup or founding team is a plus.
