I'm looking for a self-managing, creative, and strategic content & growth partner who can fully own the process of turning my long-form reflections, personal stories, and thought leadership into powerful digital content and audience engagement—with minimal supervision.

You will:
-Translate raw narratives (already written or recorded) into emotionally engaging short-form posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack/Medium)
-Manage and publish consistently across chosen platforms
-Create a monthly content calendar aligned with our storytelling themes
-Design or coordinate visuals/audiograms (optionally with Canva or tools you’re familiar with)
-Build and execute basic audience growth and engagement tactics (polls, questions, DM replies, community interaction)
=Propose collaborations or influencers for reach extension

Project overview

This content is part of a personal transformation initiative and creative brand called “Thrice to Thrive”. It includes real stories about healing, relationships, spirituality, entrepreneurship, and parenting. The mission is to inspire others navigating emotional growth and purpose. I need someone who can treat this with both care and creativity—someone who "gets" emotional storytelling and can also help build an authentic, engaged community over time. 🎯 Ideal Profile: -Excellent written English (fluent or near-native) -Experience with social media management and storytelling -Able to mirror or adapt to voice/personality in writing -Emotionally intelligent and familiar with wellness/spiritual/healing content (preferred) -Experience with audience growth tactics or past social success is a big plus 💼 Project Type: -Ongoing (monthly retainer or part-time) -Starting with a 2-week paid test project (2–3 posts + calendar draft + micro growth idea) 🌎 Preferred Countries: Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Chile, Peru (English fluency required)
